Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Charge Nurse II (RN) to join our skilled hospital team at the Brian Health Unit in Baltimore, MD. As a Charge Nurse II, you will play an essential role in providing safe and age-appropriate patient care while acting as a leader and resource for the patient care team.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and serve as a mentor for other team members.
- Meet and exceed the requirements and expectations for RN II on the clinical ladder.
- Engage in process improvement and contribute to the overall efficiency of patient care.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent formal education.
- Specialized field knowledge and at least 2 years of clinical experience.
- Valid Maryland Registered Nurse License and BLS certification.
- Obtain Nursing Certification in a specialty area within 3-5 years of hire.
