Job Description
We are looking for a Charge Nurse II (RN) to join the Skilled Hospital/Brian Health Unit at LifeBridge Health. In this full-time role, you will provide safe, age-appropriate patient care and act as a leader for the patient care team. The Brain Health Unit is a supportive environment where patients receive care for medical and psychological diagnoses during their 20-25 day stay. Responsibilities include medication management, rehabilitation services, group activities, and one-on-one exercises.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe and age-appropriate patient care.
- Act as a leader and resource for the patient care team.
- Meet the requirements for RN II on the clinical ladder.
Requirements
- Associate's degree (2 years college).
- 2+ years of clinical expertise.
- Nursing Certification of specialty area within 3-5 years.
- Maryland RN License and BLS certification.
