Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Charge Nurse II (RN) to join the Skilled Hospital/Brian Health Unit at LifeBridge Health. As a member of the Brain Health Unit, you will play a vital role in patient care and process improvement. The unit consists of two 40-bed facilities where staff members work with patients admitted with medical and psychological diagnoses, offering medication management, rehabilitation services, and engaging group activities. This position offers a day shift from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe and age-appropriate patient care.
- Act as a leader and resource for the patient care team.
- Meet the requirements for RN II on the clinical ladder.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent.
- 2+ years of clinical expertise.
- Specialty nursing certification within 3-5 years of hire.
- Maryland RN license and BLS certification.
