Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Charge Nurse II (RN) to join the Skilled Hospital Brain Health Unit at Levindale Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health. As a Charge Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing safe, age-appropriate patient care and serving as a leader and resource for the patient care team. In addition to delivering excellent medical care, you will have the opportunity to impact patients' lives positively, especially those admitted with medical and psychological diagnoses. This is a full-time position with day shifts from 7:00am-7:30pm in Baltimore, MD.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe and quality patient care.
- Act as an advisor and leader to other members of the patient care team.
- Meet the requirements and expectations for RN II on the clinical ladder.
Requirements
- Associate's degree (2 years college).
- 2+ years of experience in a specialized field.
- Nursing Certification of specialty area within 3-5 years of hire.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License and American Heart Association BLS certification.
