Job Description
We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Charge Nurse II (RN) at our Skilled Hospital Brain Health Unit. As a key member of our patient care team, you will play a vital role in providing safe and age-appropriate care while functioning as a leader and resource for other team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe and compassionate patient care.
- Function as an advisor and leader for the patient care team.
- Meet the requirements and expectations for RN II on the clinical ladder consistently.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent formal education.
- 2+ years of clinical expertise.
- Nursing Certification in a specialty area within 3-5 years.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License.
- American Heart Association BLS certification.
