CHARGE NURSE II (RN)/ Skilled Hospital/Brian Health Unit

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Charge Nurse II (RN) to join our team at Levindale Hospital in the Brain Health Unit. As a Charge Nurse, you will provide safe, age-appropriate patient care and act as a leader for the patient care team. The Brain Health Unit focuses on patients with medical and psychological diagnoses, offering a unique opportunity for staff to make a difference in patients' lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and compassionate patient care.
• Act as a resource and leader for the patient care team.
• Meet the requirements and expectations for RN II on the clinical ladder.

Requirements

• Associate's degree (2 years college) or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a specialized field.
• Maryland Registered Nurse License and BLS certification.
• Nursing Certification in specialty area within 3-5 years of hire.
