Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Charge Nurse II (RN) to join the Skilled Hospital Brain Health Unit at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, Maryland. As a Charge Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing safe and age-appropriate patient care, serving as a leader and resource for the patient care team.
Responsibilities
- Ensure safe and high-quality patient care.
- Act as a leader and advisor for the patient care team.
- Meet the requirements and expectations for RN II on the clinical ladder.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in clinical expertise.
- Nursing Certification of specialty area within 3-5 years.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License and BLS certification.
