Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Charge Nurse II (RN) to join our team at Levindale Hospital's Brain Health Unit. As a Charge Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing safe and age-appropriate patient care, as well as serving as an advisor, resource, and leader for the patient care team.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe and compassionate patient care.
- Function as a leader and resource for the care team.
- Meet RN II requirements on the clinical ladder consistently.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent.
- 2+ years of clinical expertise experience.
- Nursing Certification in specialty area within 3-5 years.
- Maryland RN License and BLS certification.
