Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Charge Nurse II (RN) to join the skilled hospital team at the Brain Health Unit of Levindale Hospital, located in Baltimore, MD. As a Charge Nurse II, you will play a crucial role in providing safe and age-appropriate patient care, serving as an advisor, resource, and leader to the patient care team. This full-time position offers a day shift schedule from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm, providing you with the opportunity to make a real impact on patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in accordance with best practices and standards.
- Act as a leader and resource for other members of the patient care team.
- Maintain compliance with all clinical requirements and expectations for RN II role.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent formal education.
- 2+ years of clinical experience in a specialized field.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License and BLS certification.
- Nursing Certification in a specialty area within 3-5 years of hire.
