Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Charge Nurse II (RN) to join the dynamic team at our Skilled Hospital's Brain Health Unit. As a Charge Nurse, you will play a vital role in patient care, process improvement, and leadership within the Brain Health Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe and age-appropriate patient care.
- Function as an advisor, resource, and leader for the patient care team.
- Consistently meet the requirements and expectations for RN II on the clinical ladder.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing.
- 2+ years of experience in clinical expertise.
- Specialty area nursing certification within 3-5 years of hire.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License and BLS certification.
