Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Charge Nurse II (RN) to join the dynamic team at Levindale Hospital's Brain Health Unit in Baltimore, MD. As a Charge Nurse II, you will play a crucial role in providing safe and age-appropriate patient care, serving as a leader and resource for the patient care team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established practices.
- Act as an advisor and leader for other members of the patient care team.
- Meet the requirements and expectations for RN II on the clinical ladder consistently.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in a specialized clinical field.
- Certification in a specialty area within 3-5 years of hire.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License and BLS certification.
