Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Charge Nurse II (RN) to join our team at the Brain Health Unit in Levindale Hospital. As a Charge Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care, leading the patient care team, and ensuring the highest standards of medical and emotional support for our patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe and age-appropriate patient care.
- Act as a leader, advisor, and resource for the patient care team.
- Meet the requirements and expectations for RN II on the clinical ladder.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in a specialized clinical field.
- Specialty nursing certification within 3-5 years of hire.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License and BLS certification.
