Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Charge Nurse II (RN) to join the Brain Health Unit at Levindale Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health. As a Charge Nurse II, you will play a vital role in providing safe and age-appropriate patient care, serving as a leader and resource for the patient care team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in a specialized environment.
- Act as an advisor and leader for other members of the care team.
- Meet the requirements and expectations for RN II on the clinical ladder.
- Contribute to process improvement and patient advocacy.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent formal education.
- 2+ years of experience in a specialized clinical field.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License and BLS certification.
- Nursing specialty certification within 3-5 years of hire.
