Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Charge Nurse II (RN) to join our Skilled Hospital's Brain Health Unit at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Charge Nurse, you will provide safe and age-appropriate patient care while also serving as an advisor, resource, and leader for the patient care team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care and uphold clinical standards.
- Provide guidance and leadership to other members of the care team.
- Meet and exceed requirements for RN II on the clinical ladder consistently.
Requirements
- Equivalent to an Associate's degree with specialized field knowledge.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical expertise in the healthcare sector.
- Specialty area nursing certification within 3-5 years of hire.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License and BLS certification.
