Job Description: CHARGE NURSE II (RN) - Skilled Hospital/Brian Health Unit

LifeBridge Health is seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse II (RN) for the Brain Health Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. In this full-time position on the day shift (7:00am-7:30pm), you will be responsible for providing safe, age-appropriate patient care and serving as a leader and resource for the patient care team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and process improvement, with a focus on medical and psychological diagnoses.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional patient care in a specialized medical and psychological unit.
• Act as a leader and advisor for the patient care team.
• Meet the requirements and expectations for RN II on the clinical ladder.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree in Nursing.
• 2+ years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Nursing Certification in a specialty area within 3-5 years of hire.
• Maryland Registered Nurse License and BLS certification.
