Charge Nurse-Operating Room (Nights)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Charge Nurse-Operating Room (Nights) to join our team at Denver Health. As part of our critical care unit, you will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating patient care, ensuring high-quality and compassionate healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise nursing and support staff during assigned shifts.
• Assess patient needs and collaborate with healthcare team to provide individualized care.
• Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and document vital signs.
• Promote quality patient-centric care and maintain excellence in patient satisfaction.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• Valid RN license and certifications such as BLS and ACLS.
• 1-3 years of professional nursing experience in a patient care setting.
• Proficiency in EHR and basic Office Suite skills preferred.
