Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Charge Nurse (RN) to join our team at Manatee Memorial Hospital on the Orthopedics/Bariatrics unit. As a full-time nights position, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care in a compassionate environment.

Responsibilities

• Bedside nursing care for orthopedic and bariatric patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Eligible for sign-on bonus and hourly differential.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in Florida.
• Minimum of three years of acute care experience in Orthopedics.
• BSN and management experience preferred.
