Kiwanda Hospitality Group is seeking a Chef de Cuisine to join Meridian Restaurant and Bar, nestled within the Headlands Coastal Lodge and Spa. As a vital member of our team, you will embody our core values and lead the culinary team in delivering exceptional northwest coastal cuisine.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee food preparation standards, food safety, and recipe execution.
  • Manage inventory, food cost, and operational expenses efficiently.
  • Lead and develop a collaborative and high-performing culinary team.
  • Motivate team members, provide feedback, and foster a learning environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar leadership role.
  • Passion for innovative northwest cuisine and dedication to excellence.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of computer-based platforms for inventory and cost management.
