Job Description
Join the ChristianaCare HomeHealth team at our In-Person Nursing Hiring Event! We are looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide skilled nursing care to our geriatric patients. As part of our team, you will implement care plans, participate in discharge planning, and contribute to our patient-centered approach.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement goal-oriented care plans consistent with available resources.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
