Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is looking for a Full Time RN to join their team in Newark, DE and surrounding area. This position involves providing skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implementing care plans, and planning for patient discharge.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients.
- Develop and implement goal-oriented, patient-centered care plans.
- Plan for patient discharge.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within 3 years of start date.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of HomeHealth RN experience within the last 12 months.
- Prior Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical experience preferred.
- IV proficiency or willingness to train and perform IV functions.
