Job Details:

• Position: LPN - Full Time, Part Time, Per Diem
• Location: New Castle County, DE
• Shift: Day or night shift, one weekend/month, 2 holidays/year

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients
• Implement patient-centered care plans
• Participate in discharge planning

Requirements:

• HSD or GED required
• Current DE LPN license or compact state license
