Job Description
We are actively seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the ChristianaCare HomeHealth team at our upcoming in-person hiring event. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement patient-centered care plans in coordination with available resources.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.

$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
