Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement patient-centered care plans and assist in discharge planning.
- Support patients in New Castle County, DE, with day or night shifts, one weekend/month, and 2 holidays/year.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.

Pay
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
