As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in directing the shift operations of our restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards and delivering top-notch products and services to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional operational skills in all aspects of the restaurant, focusing on product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Respond professionally and promptly to guest concerns, gather feedback, and implement improvements to enhance operations.
• Supervise and train restaurant team members to exceed guest expectations, maintain staffing levels, and ensure a quality and guest-focused atmosphere.
• Contribute to sales and profit goals through excellent guest service, sales execution, and effective management of resources.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work long hours, nights, weekends, and during emergencies.
• Ability to lead a team independently.
• Bilingual skills may be required in certain markets.
