Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exemplary operational skills in food preparation and service to meet Cicis standards and exceed customer expectations.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns, gather feedback, and utilize it to enhance operations and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise and train team members, maintain staffing levels, uphold uniform standards, and foster a positive team environment.
• Contribute to sales and profit goals through efficient service, team training, and adherence to management guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with standards at all times.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and emergencies.
• Ability to lead a team independently and perform all restaurant positions effectively.
• Bilingual skills in specific markets may be advantageous.
