Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Clinical Dietitian to join our Nutrition Services team at Tacoma General Hospital. As part of our collaborative environment, you will play a vital role in ensuring the best nutritional healthcare experiences for our patients.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to provide medical nutrition therapy.
- Promote wellness, maintain current health, and intervene in acute or chronic illness through evidence-based practices.
- Assess patients' needs, develop individualized care plans, provide education, and document actions in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while serving a diverse population.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field from an accredited institution.
- Registered member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics preferred.
- Registered Dietitian Credential (CDR) with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
- Minimum two years of clinical dietetics experience preferred.
