We are hiring a Clinical Director to lead our assisted living clinical services program at Village Shores Campus. As the Clinical Director, you will oversee the management, compliance, and success of our clinical services to ensure the highest quality of care for our residents. Responsibilities

• Manage the overall clinical services program.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Train and support clinical staff to deliver exceptional care.
• Create and update personalized care plans for residents.
• Work closely with nurses to achieve outstanding results.

Requirements

• Minnesota Registered Nurse in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in Assisted Living.
• Current CPR certification.
