Job Description
We are seeking a Clinical Manager to provide clinical oversight in our Treatment Programs in Clackamas County. The Clinical Manager will be responsible for direct clinical supervision, staff development, service planning, case management, and coordination. Additionally, the role involves the identification, establishment, and provision of clinical trainings for staff. Travel within the region for consultations and training is required.
Work Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (Full Time, Day).
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a mental health field.
- Oregon LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist licensure preferred.
- Three years of post-graduate clinical experience.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
