Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Nurse Leader to join our team at OhioHealth in Marion. As a Clinical Leader PCLM, you will lead and coordinate the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs, services, and processes within your responsible area. Your role will focus on ensuring quality care, process improvement, resource utilization, and financial performance meet our standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- ACLS and BLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
- Current RN licensure in Ohio.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
