Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Clinical Outcomes Specialist to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a Clinical Outcomes Specialist in Acute Care, you will play a vital role in improving quality care outcomes for patients. Working collaboratively with nurses and patients, you will lead evidence-based practice implementation to enhance nursing care and ensure seamless, quality patient care across our healthcare system.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate evidence-based practice implementation to enhance nursing care outcomes.
- Lead sustainable change initiatives to elevate nursing professional practice.
- Collaborate with the Patient Care Services team to ensure quality patient care across the continuum.
- Apply a data-driven approach to drive positive changes in healthcare delivery.
Requirements
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree required; MSN with Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) certification preferred.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
- American Heart Association BLS certification.
- Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) License required.
- Neurology and/or Ortho Trauma experience preferred.
