Job Description
We are looking for a Clinical Outcomes Specialist in Acute Care to join our dedicated team at LifeBridge Health. As a Clinical Outcomes Specialist, you will play a crucial role in improving quality care outcomes within our Acute Care department. Working collaboratively with the Patient Care Services team, you will lead evidence-based practice implementation to enhance nursing care and ensure high-quality patient outcomes. Your responsibilities will include driving sustainable changes, influencing patient care delivery, and promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate evidence-based practice implementation to improve quality care outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Patient Care Services team to elevate nursing professional practice.
- Lead sustainable changes to ensure seamless, quality patient care.
- Promote a culture of safety and excellence across patient/family, staff, and system spheres.
Requirements
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree required; MSN with Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) certification preferred, or eligibility to sit for CNS exam.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- American Heart Association BLS certification.
- Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) License required.
- Neurology and/or Ortho Trauma experience preferred.
