Job Description

We are seeking a talented Clinical Program Manager (Grant) to join Denver Health's Research Operations team. In this role, you will oversee the clinical aspects of three grant-funded community health programs focusing on diabetes and high blood pressure. You will lead and mentor program staff, devise evaluation strategies, implement quality improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with standards. Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor program staff to accomplish strategic goals.
  • Plan and implement grant program activities, including quality improvement initiatives.
  • Implement performance improvement projects and pursue learning opportunities.
  • Assist in fiscal and resource management to ensure program sustainability.
  • Provide input to policy development and address operational concerns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1-3 years of outpatient clinic experience with demonstrated leadership qualities.
  • Registered Nurse, Registered Dietitian Certification, or Licensed Pharmacist required.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and Microsoft Office skills.
