Join the team at Prompt Care Companies Inc as a Clinical Respiratory Liaison, a critical role in providing in-hospital and in-home respiratory services to patients. As a licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner based in Concord, NC, you will facilitate patient discharge, coordinate care transitions, and provide essential clinical expertise to ensure superior patient outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient experiences to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Provide timely and accurate information to patients and families, ensuring service excellence.
• Cultivate positive relationships with patients and family members.
• Efficiently plan daily events and manage time effectively.
• Document patient concerns accurately and take necessary corrective actions.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver exceptional service to patients and their families.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.

Requirements

• Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner in NC with a good-standing license.
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a home care respiratory care practitioner.
• Background in pediatric respiratory care preferred.
• Training in mechanical home ventilation highly desirable.
