Clinical Site Director New Elder Services Day Center (PACE Program)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Clinical Site Director to lead our Elder Services Day Center as part of the PACE Program. As the Clinical Site Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all clinical and business aspects of the site, ensuring the highest quality of care for our participants.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all program services and operations of the PACE center.
• Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, conduct staff meetings, and facilitate ongoing staff development.
• Prepare and monitor the site budget, oversee facility maintenance, and participate in care management and interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Engage in quality management, marketing, outreach activities, and community liaison duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare administration required, Master's degree preferred.
• Alzheimer's certification or willingness to become certified.
• Three to five years of supervisory experience in clinical care, budget management, and frail elder care.
