Clinical Supervisor

Job Description

Comhar Inc. is seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to join our team. This position involves providing clinical supervision to staff at our Latino Treatment Program, offering a range of services including individual and group therapies, medication-assisted treatment, and psychiatric evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed, recovery-oriented clinical supervision to clinicians.
• Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team to ensure quality services.
• Supervise clinical cases and maintain high ethical standards.
• Assist with crisis management and de-escalation.
• Conduct orientation and training for compliance with regulatory bodies.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in a clinical mental health discipline.
• Licensure preferred (LPC, LMFT, LCSW).
• Minimum of two years postmaster degree experience in mental health treatment.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish/English.
• Valid PA State clearances and CPR certification.
