Salary: $78,000 - $82,000 per year

What you'll do as Clinical Supervisor:

As a Clinical Supervisor at the Hello House for Women, you will play a critical role in ensuring top-quality care and practice among clinical staff at VOAMASS' residential co-capable recovery home in Boston. Responsibilities include coordinating and leading individual and group supervision sessions to enhance the team's clinical skills, conducting utilization reviews of clinical charts, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team on complex cases. Reporting to the Program Director, this role offers a valuable opportunity to develop supervisory skills and advance your career.

Clinical Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise bachelor's-level case managers and provide individual and group supervision.
  • Coordinate and deliver clinical trainings to maintain best practices.
  • Participate in utilization reviews and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Manage admissions, referrals, and discharge decisions.
  • Implement Evidence-Based and Trauma-Informed Practices.
  • Oversee clinical documentation, treatment planning, and staff schedules.
  • Provide clinical consultation and ensure timely completion of documentation.
  • Collaborate with the Residential Program Director on all clinical aspects.
  • Additional duties as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
  • Licensure in Massachusetts (LMHC, LICSW, LADCI) with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Experience in addiction, mental health, and peer supervision.
  • Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and commitment to client-centered care.
