Clumpies Ice Cream Partner (Full-Time)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Clumpies Ice Cream Partner to join our team at See Rock City Inc. As a key member of our Clumpies department, you will provide exceptional guest service while efficiently preparing and serving delicious food and beverages to our guests. Reporting to the Clumpies Manager, you will play a vital role in creating a memorable experience for our visitors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding guest service in alignment with our mission, culture, and values.
• Model appropriate guest and partner interactions consistently.
• Complete opening and closing procedures, including cashier duties.
• Prepare and serve Clumpies food and beverages, such as scooping ice cream and serving baked goods and drinks.
• Communicate Clumpies Ice Cream ingredients and production processes to guests.
• Assist with restocking as required.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain a clean and organized shop.
• Contribute to maintaining health codes and safety standards for a high health score.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.

Requirements

• Friendly and outgoing personality with a commitment to delivering excellent guest service.
• Effective communication skills for interactions with individuals and groups.
• Ability to present a professional image to guests and partners.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events as necessary.
• Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions.
• Good computer skills; experience with cash registers is advantageous.
• Physical capability to lift and move up to 50 pounds, use hands and fingers regularly, and perform frequent standing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.

Compensation

Hourly Wage: $11.20-$11.25
