Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Clinical Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) to join the team at Pinehurst Surgical Clinic PA. As a CMA/RMA, you will play a crucial role in providing quality healthcare to our patients by performing both administrative and clinical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient satisfaction by responding promptly to inquiries and scheduling needs.
• Prepare patients for examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures as required.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including patient history and treatment details.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment for patients and staff.

Requirements

• Graduation from a Medical Assisting, Surgical Tech, or Practical Nursing Program.
• Current Certification or Licensure with no restrictions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
