CMM Programmer

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled CMM Programmer to support our industry-leading operations in aerospace, power generation, and defense. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing inspection programs, calibration, maintenance of inspection equipment, and ensuring quality compliance.

Responsibilities

• Operate inspection tools to analyze complex aerospace components.
• Create and enhance CMM programs for accurate inspections.
• Generate detailed reports complying with industry standards.
• Participate in fixture design for inspection procedures.
• Conduct daily inspections and collaborate with inspectors.
• Drive process improvements and provide solutions to the team.
• Mentor junior quality team members and shopfloor staff.

Requirements

• 3+ years of aerospace inspection experience.
• Proficiency in PC-DMIS or Calypso is preferred.
• Strong grasp of manual inspection techniques and equipment.
• Knowledge of aerospace specifications and quality processes.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and GD&T accurately.
• Experience with tight tolerances and exotic materials.
• Effective communication and computer skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation

Yearly Salary: $75,000 - $85,000
