CNA | Certified Nursing Assistant

Job Description

KindCare Bristol is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)/Caregivers to join our compassionate team. As a Caregiver at our facility, you will provide vital support to residents in the Assisted Living and/or Memory Care program(s), assisting with daily living activities and helping them lead fulfilling lives with dignity. This role requires patience, empathy, and a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as medication reminders, bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents, promoting their well-being.
• Document services provided and report any resident issues or concerns to supervisors.
• Promote resident independence, respect confidentiality, and ensure safety and dignity at all times.
• Participate in training and meetings, follow protocols, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• CNA, STNA, GNA, CHHA, or relevant certifications as per state regulations.
• CPR/First Aid Certification may be required.
• Experience working with elderly and memory-impaired adults preferred.
• Clear communication skills, ability to work in a team, and handle multiple tasks effectively.
