Job Description
Charter Senior Living of Hazel Crest is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a caregiver, you will provide essential daily living assistance to residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care Programs, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care and assistance with activities of daily living.
- Maintain residents' safety, health, and well-being.
- Document care provided and communicate any concerns to supervisors.
- Support residents' emotional and social needs.
- Promote residents' independence and respect their confidentiality.
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and caring environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Certified as a CNA, STNA, GNA, CHHA, or equivalent.
- CPR/First Aid Certification may be necessary.
- Experience with elderly and memory-impaired individuals preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with empathy and professionalism.
