Responsibilities
Production / Service Laborer
- Application and/or repair of roofing materials.
- Demolition and tear off existing roofing systems for repair or replacement.
- Installation of EPDM/TPO/PVC roofing systems.
- Use of hand and power tools.
- Assist with service and maintenance of roofing and sheet metal systems.
- Adherence to Safety, Quality, and Production procedures.
*No experience required.
Production/Service Skilled Roofer Assistant
- Execute assignments from Roofing/Service Foreman.
- Perform detailed roofing work using complex equipment.
- Assist Entry-level and Roofers with assignments.
2+ years of experience required.
Production/Service Foreman
- Lead the crew in all aspects of the assignment.
- Set-up for efficiency and safety.
- Pre-inspection of sites for safety compliance.
- Ensure proper PPE and adherence to Safety, Quality, and Production procedures.
5+ years of experience required.
Requirements
- Able to work at heights and lift heavy objects.
- Comfortable with extreme weather conditions and hand/power tools.
- Ability to follow safety and quality procedures.
