Communications Lead - NestleIT

Job Description

We are looking for a Communication Lead to join our IT team at Nestlé Information Technology. This role involves owning and executing strategic communication activities within the IT North America team. You will work closely with IT leaders, local and global colleagues, and communications partners to deliver impactful messages that inform, inspire, and engage stakeholders in technology-driven solutions. As a Culture Advocate and Strategic Communicator, you will shape and amplify the organization's reputation while driving digital technology adoption and providing guidance to key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Champion and promote the IT NA vision through strategic communications.
• Create and deliver compelling messages to drive business outcomes.
• Lead key communication channels and events, developing clear and effective content.
• Collaborate with IT leaders and stakeholders to align messaging and achieve objectives.
• Drive adoption of technology initiatives through engaging content creation.
• Provide communications counsel and coaching to colleagues and stakeholders.
• Set objectives and measure communication effectiveness using metrics and analytics.
• Create and cascade communications for executive leadership as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in communications or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in multimedia storytelling and digital communication.
• 1+ year of experience leading communication strategies from ideation to execution.
