We are currently seeking a meticulous Project Manager to enrich our renovation division. Managing swimming pool renovation projects demands a diverse skill set encompassing traditional construction disciplines such as plastering, tiling, sandblasting, and plumbing under the umbrella of client expectations for superior project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all project phases to ensure profitable and high-quality work, including budgeting, proposal drafting, contract negotiation, planning, and coordination with subcontractors.
  • Ensure project quality control and facilitate timely completion of all required inspections.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor renovation schedules to meet project timelines.
  • Manage and organize jobsite documentation.
  • Enforce and uphold necessary jobsite safety regulations.
  • Cultivate positive and professional relationships with staff, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing swimming pool renovation projects, project management, or similar construction management roles.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in project management, budgeting, scheduling, and knowledge of swimming pool construction techniques and materials.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); experience with Buildertrend is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and a dedication to quality.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a desirable asset.
