Job Description:

The Construction Project Manager at Network Management Group serves as the key project liaison, responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating projects to ensure timely completion within budget constraints. Key responsibilities include:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for existing and new customers in the designated market area.
  • Prepare RFBs and Project Bids.
  • Solicit new customers and bid opportunities within the market.
  • Manage project/work order development from initiation to closure, ensuring accountability for project results.
  • Work closely with Field Supervisors and Coordinators to oversee project scopes, goals, resources, budget, and timing.
  • Provide work cost estimates, manage billing and invoicing processes, and offer schedules and timelines to customers.
  • Resolve project issues, manage scope changes effectively, and recruit/manage staffing resources and subcontractors.
  • Track, report, and provide project status updates to customers, ensuring leadership, coaching, and motivation to team members.
  • Develop tools, procedures, and best practices, and evaluate project results.

Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree in management, business, or related field preferred. A combination of experience and education will be considered.

Experience: 2-4 years of project management experience in a telecommunications setting and related field.

Required Licenses or Certifications: Operator's License, OSHA-10 preferred, PMP Certification preferred.
