Responsibilities

• Manage sales territory, cultivating new customers and maintaining relationships.
• Effectively oversee construction projects from pre-sale to completion.
• Coordinate project stakeholders, subcontractors, and permitting requirements.
• Maintain strong customer confidentiality and communication.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years sales experience or 5 years construction management experience.
• Degree in business, construction, or project management preferred.
• Commercial sales experience is a plus.
• Proven sales track record meeting or exceeding established budgets.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
