Job Description
Morton Buildings, Inc., the leading name in post-frame construction, is seeking a dedicated Construction Sales Consultant and Project Manager to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, your primary goal will be to grow market share in your assigned territory, nurture existing customer relationships, and foster new connections.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Manage complex construction projects from pre-sale through completion.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with permitting requirements and project timelines.
Requirements
- 2 years of sales experience or 5 years of construction management experience.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or project management preferred.
- Commercial sales experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technology integration.
