Job Description
Morton Buildings, Inc., the industry leader in post-frame construction, is seeking a Full-time Construction Sales Consultant and Project Manager to join our team. Our Sales Consultants are responsible for increasing market share, cultivating new customer relationships, and developing projects through the construction process. Successful candidates will possess sales or construction management experience, advanced project management skills, and the ability to adapt to the dynamic construction industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales within an assigned geographical territory.
- Coordinate all aspects of the building project from pre-sale to completion.
- Maintain customer confidentiality and deliver unparalleled quality in each project.
- Cultivate new customer relationships and grow market share.
Requirements
- 2 years of sales experience or 5 years of construction management experience.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or project management preferred.
- Commercial sales experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
