We are looking for a talented Construction Sales Representative to join Morton Buildings, Inc., the industry leader in post-frame construction. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in increasing market share, cultivating customer relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality buildings to our clients. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain customer relationships within an assigned geographical territory.
- Meet or exceed established sales budgets by managing a strong sales funnel.
- Coordinate all aspects of building projects, including personnel, subcontractors, and permits.
- Utilize technology to manage projects efficiently from pre-sale to completion.
Requirements
- 2 years of sales experience or 5 years of construction management experience.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or project management preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
