Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Controller to join Aspire Health Partners, a leading non-profit behavioral health organization in the Southeast. In this role, you will oversee company-wide accounting transactions and financial reporting, contributing to our mission of providing integrated behavioral healthcare and transforming lives.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate accounting functions.
• Consolidate financial data for accurate reporting.
• Prepare internal and external financial statements.
• Provide vital financial information for decision-making.
• Evaluate current accounting operations and implement improvements.
• Oversee regulatory reporting and compliance.
• Hire, train, and retain accounting staff.
• Maintain high ethical and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• 5+ years experience as a Non-Profit Controller.
• Level II Background Clearance.
• Valid Driver's License.
